These terms and conditions together with the information available during the booking process constitute the agreement between EuTraveler.com and the customer.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you disagree with any part, you must not proceed with the booking.
2. Service Description
We provide private travel and transfer services for individuals and groups. These services include, but are not limited to, airport transfers, city-to-city transfers, and event transportation.
3. Booking and Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability.
A booking is confirmed upon receiving a booking confirmation email or message.
Any special requests must be made at the time of booking. We will try our best to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee fulfillment.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices for services are provided at the time of booking.
Payment terms may vary based on the service. Payments may be required upfront or on completion of the service.
Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, MBWAY, Multibanco, bank transfer, cash].
Late payments may result in additional charges.
Prices can change without notice.
Departure Night Tax: Pickups between 23:30 and 07:00 have a extra cost of 10€, paid directly to driver on the moment of the service.
Tools: The client can choose between tolls or regular highway. The tolls cost are supported by client.
Payment to Driver – Payment can also be made directly to the driver on the day of transportation. The pyment must be done in cash (Euros) and if the booking includes return, the payment must cover the entire service.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Client-Initiated Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least [24 hours] in advance. Cancellations made within this period will incur a fee of [0% of booking fee].
Company-Initiated Cancellations: In rare cases, we may need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle breakdown, extreme weather). In such cases, you will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule.
Refunds will be processed within [5 days] after the cancellation.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have provided accurate pickup and drop-off information.
Any changes to pickup or drop-off locations must be communicated promptly and may incur additional charges.
Clients must be ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time. Delays beyond [10 minutes] may result in additional waiting charges.
7. Luggage and Personal Items
We accept a reasonable amount of luggage, provided it fits in the vehicle.
We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal items during the transfer.
EXTRA ORDERS:
Extra requests must be made during the reservation process, in the fields marked for this purpose.
If you need a child or baby seat, you must indicate in the marked fields.
8. Health and Safety
All passengers are required to wear seat belts at all times.
Passengers must follow the instructions of the driver and must not distract them during the journey.
We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who are under the influence of drugs or alcohol or are behaving disruptively.
9. Liability
We will make every effort to arrive at the pickup location on time, but we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic, weather, or accidents.
Our liability is limited to providing the service booked or a refund if the service cannot be completed.
10. Insurance
Our vehicles and drivers are fully insured for passenger transfers. However, passengers’ personal items are not covered by our insurance.
11. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process will only be used for providing the requested services and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
12. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to bookings made after the date of posting.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction/Portugal]. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of [jurisdiction/Portugal].
STANDARDS:
We reserve the right to refuse service to visibly altered persons, under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any other form that may endanger the provision of the service and the safety of passengers or vehicles.
It is not allowed to smoke or consume alcohol in the vehicles
